Mr. Limeri is a senior financial manager with a proven track record in financial management, operational management, and strategic planning.  He has held increasingly responsible senior management positions including President of a private equity advisory firm, Director of Risk Management, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Manager in a bankruptcy/turnaround consulting practice.  Philip has been proactively engaged in investor relations, operational initiatives, contract and transaction negotiations, treasury management, investment portfolio analysis, risk management, tax strategies, due diligence and valuation and raising capital.
