Jeffrey heads up GPF’s business in Brazil, headquartered in São Paulo.

He was the Founding Partner of Sophos Partners, a business consulting firm for venture capital, start-up and early stage technology companies out of New York and Brazil.

Previously he was co-founder of Coolwave Communications, a telecommunications company based in the Netherlands.

Prior to Coolwave, Jeffrey was a Business Development Consultant for Globant LLC. the leading and fastest growing technology outsourcing firm in Latin American. He was responsible for spearheading its entry into the European and USA markets resulting in multimillion dollar sales increases.

In London he was responsible for technical operations for Lastminute.com, the largest travel portal in Europe that was later sold to Sabre.

Mr. Henslin was a founder of Gray Peak Technologies (New York and Hong Kong) a network integration services company that he sold to USWeb in 1998 and then continued working as a Partner of International Operations, responsible for the delivery of services throughout Asia and Latin America.

He held a number of other management positions in Brazil, NY, Tokyo and Hong Kong with CSFB, Sun Microsystems, and the Cornell National Supercomputer Facility.

In 1985, he co-founded XOX Corporation, a geometric software modeling company.

Jeffrey holds a BA in Mathematics with a Minor in Computer Science from University of Minnesota. He is Fluent in English and Portuguese and lives with his Brazilian wife in Florianópolis, Brazil.
